Overview
ITラーニングプログラムは、マイクロソフトの契約社員として最長2年間にわたり、ITの基礎知識とビジネススキルを体系的に習得し、将来のキャリア形成を支援する育成型プログラムです。
毎年5月に入社し、マイクロソフト認定資格の取得をはじめ、プロジェクトワークを通じてチームワーク・コミュニケーション・文書作成などの実践的なスキルを磨きます。
本プログラムで取得可能なマイクロソフト認定資格は、IT業界のみならず、あらゆる業種において基盤となる知識として高く評価されており、修了者は日本マイクロソフトを含む多様な分野で活躍しています。

10:00 ~ 17:00 (休憩1時間含む・週30時間勤務)

10:00 ~ 13:00 在宅勤務(出社日は通勤時間充当可)
13:00 ~ 17:00 トレーニング(講義・演習)
《1年目》
月曜日・水曜日・金曜日/クラスルーム形式のトレーニング(出社もしくはリモート)
火曜日・木曜日/終日自主学習(在宅勤務)
《2年目》
月曜日・水曜日・木曜日・金曜日/クラスルーム形式のトレーニング(出社もしくはリモート)
火曜日/終日自主学習(在宅勤務)
※トレーニング日のうち週1日~3日は品川オフィス出社予定(1年目、2年目共通)
※勤務形態および就業場所は、業務(研修)の遂行上の必要性や会社の方針に基づき、変更となる場合があります。
たとえば、在宅勤務からオフィス勤務への切り替え等が含まれます。
Qualifications
<応募資格>
・高等学校卒業以上の学歴を有する方
・障害者手帳を取得していること(途中更新可)
・公共交通機関により、品川まで通勤が可能であること
・Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teamsなど、マイクロソフト製品の使用経験があること
・ご入社までにご自宅にWindows PC (OS:Windows 11 Pro 、メモリ:16GB以上、ハードディスク空き容量:512GB以上)
とブロードバンドインターネット環境が整えられること
※必須ではありませんが、IT実務経験または英語スキルをお持ちでしたら尚可
