<仕事内容>

【仕事内容】

商業施設や自動車ショールーム、マンション、高級注文住宅などの

プラン作成・建築意匠設計・現場監理をお任せします。

  • 具体的には
  • クライアントとの面談・打ち合わせ
  • 計画地の現地調査・法規チェック
  • 企画・プランニング・CGパース作成、提案
  • 基本/実施設計図の作成
  • 家具や什器・インテリア提案
  • 各種申請業務
  • 工事監理業務
  • 竣工検査・引渡し立ち会い

<必要条件>

【応募条件】

・設計事務所、ゼネコン、住宅メーカー設計部での実務経験2~3年以上

※木造設計のご経験のみでも問題ございません

※資格不問

※足りないスキルは入社後より習得できます

・プラン提案から引渡しまで一連の工程を担当したことがある方

・非住宅の設計経験がある方
