The management office is to support the business to manage HR, Finance, related service effectively.
HR has reformed itself in May 2023 for transforming to Strategic HR by realizing the functions of HRBP, Recruiting Planning, Talent Development/Organization Development. Recruiting planning group covers recruiting for entry(new grads), experienced (mid-career), executive and recruiting branding.

Overview
Work with executives and recruiters to develop and execute Commerce & Marketing Company Technology Supervisory Department (C&MTech) 's new grads & mid-career recruiting strategy to hire the best talent from around the world.
Details
Hearings on new grads & mid-career recruiting needs on the frontline, build the strategy, process design and execution, and the team management.
Catching up with the needs of the world
Project progress management and coordination with stakeholders
Planning and operation of events and brands for new grads and mid-career professionals
Promotion, management, and execution of other assigned projects

Work Environment
Our team is diversified in terms of age, gender, background, and communicate both in Japanese and English.
The team is made up of HRBP, Recruiting Planning, and Organization and Talent Development with approx. 15 members in total, and supporting with each other. Some members are raising children, and the manager are flexible and supportive about working style.
Many of our members originally worked as engineers in the development department and have a good understanding of the knowledge and conditions in the development department, and they come from a variety of backgrounds.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience in mid-career recruiting strategy development and execution
At least 5 years of mid-career recruiting experience
Organization and team management experience
Able to communicate effectively in Japanese and English
Able to communicate in writing in Japanese and English
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in engineering recruiting
- Experience in new grad recruiting
Recruitment branding experience
Experience with Excel, PPT, and other tools(Workday etc)
Cost management experience and skills
