Position Description 業務内容- アジア太平洋地域:APACのエナジー部門(主にPowerwallなどの住宅エネルギー分野)をサポートする、意欲の高いDemand Generation Internを募集します。このポジションでは、主に日本市場のデマンドジェネレーションを主目的とした業務を担当していただきます。
- 住宅用エネルギー部門の Demand Generation Intern として、Demand Generation Managerをサポートし、ビジネス成長のための活動、ビジネスパートナーとのエンゲージメント、デジタルコミュニケーションプログラムなど、立案から計画、実行まで幅広く主体的に担当いただきます。この役割は主に日本市場をサポートしますが、必要に応じて他のAPAC市場をサポートする場合もあります。
- 理想的な候補者は、やる気と熱意があり、細部に注意を払いながらも、革新的な思考を持ち続け、即時対応でチームとして問題を解決できる人です。エネルギー、再生可能エネルギー、または電気自動車分野での業務経験があればさらに理想的です。

- さらに、多くの社内チーム(営業、技術、グローバルチーム、法務やデザインスタジオチームなど)と協力できる能力が高いことも重要です。チームメンバーに「なぜ」や影響を明確に伝え、関係者全員から賛同を得て進めることも重要なスキルとなります。
Responsibilities 責任範囲- Demand Generation Manager - Japan and New Markets, APAC(東京勤務)の指示の下で業務を遂行。
- 大規模な展示会やエンドユーザー向けイベントの計画と実行のサポート。
- メールコミュニケーション、SEO、販売パートナーやテスラ認定販売施工会社チャネルへのサポート、ニュースレター、有料広告を統合したマーケティングキャンペーンなどの計画、実行。
- インサイトとデータ分析に基づくパフォーマンス最適化を含むウェブサイト更新を管理し、案件の創出を促進。
- テスラ認定販売施工会社と協力し、地域のマーケティング業務をサポートし、ビジネスの成長と設置を促進。
- 関係者と協力し、技術資料やと製品サポートページなどの更新を必要に応じてサポート。
- キャンペーンパフォーマンスを評価・分析し、次回以降のキャンペーンの最適化のための改善案を検討、その結果を反映して実施。
- 地元リーダーシップチームと密接に協力し、データとインサイトに基づく地域ビジネスおよびマーケティング目標を設定。
- 担当地域のマーケティング予算の管理をサポート。
- 日本市場(および必要に応じて他の市場)の翻訳およびローカライズリクエストをサポート。

- 主要な内部および外部関係者とポジティブな関係を構築し、結果に影響を与える能力。
- 速いペースの環境で活躍する証明された能力。Teslaのビジネススピードは非常に速く、この役割でも同様のスピードが必要です。
- 革新的な思考を持ち、ピンチをチャンスと見なし、動的な環境で活躍できる。
- MS Office(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントなど)を使いこなせる能力、マトリックス環境で業務を行うことができる、単独思考ではないチームプレイヤー。
日本語と英語に堪能。
【歓迎(WANT)】上記の業務経験や、エネルギー、再生可能エネルギー、または電気自動車業界での経験があれば理想的。
- さまざまなチャネルで利用できる高品質で影響力のあるコピーライティングを検討・提供する優れた能力。
- 国内および国際出張が可能(~20%以下)。
