当社では一般のお客様へ、
太陽光発電や蓄電池システムの設置をご提案しています
\「売り込み」ではなく「解決する」営業/
「最近電気代が高くて…」
「太陽光の設置したいけけど、いくらかかるのかな…」
そんなお客様のお悩みをヒアリングし、
太陽光発電や蓄電池による解決策をご提案します
ノルマ・押し売りは一切ありません
未経験でも大丈夫
全く問題ありません未経験からでもきちんと稼げるようになります
最初は先輩の同行からスタート
マニュアル・研修も整備されているので、安心して働けますよ
【 仕事内容 】
1.まずは担当エリア内を1件ずつ訪問
2.現在のお困りごとを聞き、屋根を計測します
3.お聞きした内容をもとに、事務スタッフがプランを作成
4.お客様宅を再訪し、完成したプランをご提案。
内容にご納得いただけたら契約です
契約後もお客様とこまめにやり取りし、
工事完成までサポートします

給与
月給 350,000円 ~ (※想定年収 4,200,000円 ~ )
- 初年度想定年収:600万~900万円
(平均年収:864万円)
※上記に加えて、販売件数に応じたインセンティブがつきます。
※昇給あり
