ReGACY Innovation Groupは、イノベーション創出に特化した総合支援ファームです。 私たちは「構想」にとどまらず、「事業化・収益化」までを一気通貫で支援するために、以下の3つの軸でサービスを展開しています。 MX(Management Transformation)|経営変革支援 BP(Business Produce)|新規事業創出 GA(Growth Accelerator)|事業成長の加速 「提案して終わり」ではなく、「成果が出るまで」動ききる。 それが、ReGACYが目指すイノベーション支援のあり方です。 【業務内容】 本ポジションでは経営レイヤーの立場として、政府や自治体のイノベーション、イノベーションエコシステム形成等に関わり、 責任と権限を持って一緒に事業を成長させていくとともに、社内の組織や人材の開発などにも関わっていただきたいと考えています。 ・弊社の新事業やサービスの開発、既存サービスの改良 ・政府や自治体の多様なプレイヤーを巻き込んだエコシステム型イノベーションプロジェクト提案や立ち上げ ・プロジェクト統括として社内チームを形成しプロジェクトをディレクション ・自社組織開発や人材育成・採用 当ポジションで得られる経験 ・経営レイヤーの一員として、ベンチャー経営の勘所やナレッジが得られます ・グローバルの先端スタートアップを多数調査や議論、開発支援をする多様なプロジェクト参画を通じ、先端のビジネス・技術の動向や開発知見を得られます ・自治体における多数の企業や住民を巻き込んだエコシステム型のイノベーション創出についてアイデア創出からPoC、事業開発まで一連の伴走支援プロジェクトを通じて、事業開発やスタートアップのノウハウを得られます
必須スキル
・総合コンサルティングファームシニアマネージャー以上 or 戦略コンサルティングファームマネージャー以上 ・デジタル / 新事業系 PJの3年以上の経験
歓迎スキル
・コンサルティングファームにおけるマネージャー以上のご経験 ・官公庁や自治体等をクライアントとした提案、プロジェクト参画のご経験 ・ビジネス英語 ・理系修士または博士

ディレクター:基本給1,600万円〜2,060万円+会社賞与+ストックオプション+半期表彰制度あり ※選考の過程で源泉徴収票等の年収証明資料の提出を依頼する可能性があります。
