【職務内容】
クライアントに対して、広告運用に限らず、多様なソリューションを活用した総合的なデジタルマーケティングを展開し、戦略設計から実行までを一貫して手がけるコンサルタントポジションです。決まった型通りに推し進めるのではなく、常により良い方法を探し続ける「改善型」のアプローチが当社の強みです。
このポジションの方に最も必要とされるのは「コンサルティングスキル」です。クライアントの課題を抽出・定義し、ソリューションの提案と実行。
これらを一気通貫で行うコンサルティングスキルをもって、クライアントの経営課題を共に解決するパートナーを担っていきます。
【具体的には】
・ クライアントとの要件定義
・ 戦略策定
・ 実行内容の落とし込み
・ メディアプランニング/LPO改善施策等の戦略プランニング
・ ソリューション(広告運用担当)との戦略実行
・ 振り返り、次の施策提案
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ デジタルマーケティング関連の課題解決型/提案型営業のご経験1年以上
・ デジタルメディアプランニング業務
・ マーケティングプラン立案
・ 企画案の実行計画策定かつ、営業につよみのある方
【歓迎】
・ デジタルマーケティングに関連するご経験
・ 経営企画のご経験
・ DX支援、DXコンサルティング業務のご経験
【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
