仕事内容:
*就労移行支援でのジョブアシスタント*
障がいや難病を持つ方々が、一般企業で働けるようにサポートをしたり、
生活支援やメンタルケアを行います。
ご利用者様の『働きたい』気持ちに寄り添い、
一人ひとりに合った支援で就業のアシスタントをお任せします♪
~具体的な業務内容~
*体調管理・生活リズム・メンタル面でのサポート*
生活リズムの安定に向けてアドバイスをしたり、
不安や相談を吐き出せる場をつくることで、 ''話せる相手がいる''ことが''心の安定''にも繋がります♪
*就労に向けたトレーニング*
ビジネスマナーの指導や、パソコンスキルの取得支援を行い、
仕事に必要なスキルを、実践しながら習得していただきます。
*就職活動のアシスタント*
履歴書の書き方や面接練習、職場体験、企業実習のサポートを通して
個々に合った仕事を見つける手助けを行います。
*就職後のアフターフォロー*
ご利用者様が長く働けるよう相談やアドバイスを行います。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥46,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

業務手当 42,000円
