■業務概要
様々なクライアントの安心と感動を担保する、オフィスの内装現場施工管理を担当していただきます。

■業務詳細
・現地調査・工事工程作成・協力会社との打ち合わせ・ビル管理会社と打ち合わせ調整・現場監理業務・検査、お引き渡し、アフターフォロー
★案件数は月平均3~4件で、期間は1件あたり平均2ヶ月程度です。
★元請けとして、コンペで獲得したクライアントからの厚い信頼の元に、自社でトータル管理を行っています。
■ポジションの魅力

・引き渡しまで一貫して担当するため、お客様の感動と共に「ありがとう」を直接いただけます。
・社内や社外の協力会社など複数社を取り仕切る必要があるので、ファシリテート力を伸ばせます。
・工程作成から引き渡しまでを一貫して管理します。様々なデザインを経験しながらコンプラ遵守や工程・安全・品質の管理など、さまざまな知識を深められる点が魅力です。

【求める人材】
■必須条件:下記いずれも必須となります。
・オフィス若しくは商業施設や店舗の内装施工管理経験をお持ちの方
・一級建築施工管理技士資格をお持ちの方

【給与】
月額(基本給):240,000円~649,200円
固定残業手当/月:19,200円~50,800円(固定残業時間10時間0分/月)
超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給
