This position has been established as part of Telexistence's product development and production team to internalize the robot production line. Previously, assembly tasks were outsourced to external partners, but now, we are looking for someone to lead the initiative of bringing this process in-house.
*The employer for this position is Model T Operations, a 100% subsidiary of Telexistence.
業務内容 (Responsibilities)
- 社内生産ラインの立ち上げに関わる業務(オフィス内の設備・什器の設置、ラインのデザイン等)ロボットの製造及び組立、ソフトウェアのインストール、据付試運転調整、出荷前テストの実施など、生産に関わる一通りの工程の実行組立スタッフのリード及び工程管理、部品の受入検査や在庫管理製品出荷スケジュールに沿った納期管理生産効率を向上させ、コストを削減するためのプロセス改善や、治具の提案・製作定められた品質基準に基づいた生産と品質保証工程の策定サポート
- This position involves tasks related to the establishment of an in-house production line, including setting up office facilities and fixtures, designing the production line, manufacturing and assembling robots, installing software, conducting on-site trial adjustments, and performing pre-shipping tests. Responsibilities also include leading and managing assembly staff, overseeing the entire production process, conducting incoming inspections of parts, managing inventory, adhering to product shipping schedules, and ensuring production efficiency. Additionally, you'll be involved in process improvement to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs, proposing and fabricating fixtures, and providing support in the formulation of production and quality assurance processes based on specified quality standards.

勤務条件 (Benefits and Compensation)
- 契約期間:期間の定めなし、または1年ごとの有期契約(個人の経験や能力で判断)

- 年俸:380-400万円(固定残業を超える残業手当別途)

- Contract Period: Indefinite or annual fixed-term contract (subject to individual experience and capabilities).
- Probation Period: Yes (3 months).
- Work Schedule: Flextime system, typically from 10:00 to 19:00 (8 hours).
- Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Overtime: Yes (fixed overtime included).
- Annual Salary: million yen (overtime allowance beyond fixed overtime is separate).
