★業務内容

・土木施工管理は、社会基盤を支える工事の中枢で活躍し、道路や河川、造成など幅広いプロジェクトを通して地域の安心と安全を守ります。工程進行管理、予算調整、品質確保、関係者との信頼構築を含め、多面的な業務を担う総合的な現場リーダーです。

・各種書類作成・提出

現場記録、監査対応資料、安全管理報告など多岐にわたる文書作成

・品質管理

検査前の自主点検と、品質是正の再チェック

・協力会社・職人との調整

突発的な現場変更に対する応急段取りの調整

・安全管理

ヒューマンエラーを防ぐための作業手順教育とパトロール

・資材・機材の手配・管理

現場状況に応じた小ロット対応や発注先調整

・原価管理

稼働人員・作業量に応じた支出のコントロール

・工程管理

施工順序の最適化による時間と手間の削減

・関係各所との折衝

検査官・監理者・施主対応に関する日程調整と説明責任
