エクステリアプランナー(造園及び外構の営業、設計、施工管理)【住友林業グループ/東京都】
【仕事内容】
業界トップクラスの技術力を誇る同社にて、エクステリアプランナーの募集です。住友林業ブランドを彩る外構、植栽をデザインいただくお仕事です。
東京都にて造園および外構の営業~設計まで一貫した業務全般を担当頂きます。
【具体的には】
住友林業の注文住宅を中心としたエクステリア、ガーデンの設計から提案、施工管理、メンテナンスまで一貫してお任せします。1件あたりの施工期間は平均1ヶ月。また、造園、外構工事の1件の費用は200万円程度の物件から2億円を越える場合もあります。月の担当件数は10~15件程度です。
【配属先について】
各営業所への配属となります。1営業所につき、エクステリアプランナーは3~4名。住友林業の緑化部門の受注、施工業務を手がけているので、営業所は住友林業の営業スタッフと同フロアー内にいます。中途入社の社員数の割合も50%を越え、新卒、中途関係なく活躍できる環境があります。

年収モデル:400万~650万円(25歳~40歳例)月収モデル:22万~35万円(25歳~40歳例)賃金形態:月給制 昇給:年1回 賞与:年2回 ※上記はあくまで目安です。年収は経験、能力を考慮の上、個別に決定します。
