仕事内容


営業経験者を歓迎業界知識は入社後研修で安心創業120年超、長年の信頼関係からなる安定取引

法人のお客様へ、石油製品(ガソリン・灯油・軽油・重油・潤滑油等)の販売、

当社が扱う各種商材の法人営業をお任せします。

既存顧客がメインとなりますが、ご紹介等を通じて、新規案件に繋げていただきます。

  • 顧客:運送会社、メーカー(調達課)、一般法人など(1300社以上)

お客様の事業に欠かせない燃料油の営業として、最も重要なことは安定供給です。

困ったときに声をかけてもらえるようにお客様との信頼関係をつくり、

適切に納期・配送をコントロールする難しさとやりがいがあります。

燃料油に関する営業知識は不問

異業種からの転職者も多数在籍していますので、ご安心ください。

取り扱い商材及びご担当エリア(Uターン・大阪南部からの勤務も歓迎)

・工場を稼働させる為の灯油、重油、ガス

・トラック・バス燃料(軽油)

・発電機用燃料(軽油、重油、ガス)

・および当社が扱う各種商材

和歌山全域及び一部南大阪地域

※出張:基本的に日帰りで行ける範囲内です。

  • 1日のスケジュール例

9:00 出社、燃料の価格を確認、資料を準備して社用車で出発

10:00 お客様先に訪問、雑談もまじえつつ提案営業

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 午後の訪問先へ移動し、商談

17:00 オフィスに戻り、報告書や見積書作成、交渉後の単価設定など事務処理

18:00 退勤

当社の強み

1902年創業。1954年当社設立以後コスモ石油特約店(旧丸善石油)として、

直営60か所GSを阪神間にドミナント出店。

同時に大手企業への石油製品卸、B to BとB to Cの両方を行ってきました。

メーカーに対して価格交渉を行える「創業120年の歴史と実績」があり、優位性を誇っています。

また燃料油は継続してご利用いただけるため安定したお取引がございますが、

加えて今後を見越した脱石油にも取り組んでおり、各種商材があります。

営業同行からスタート。ひとりひとりに合わせたOJT研修を実施。フォロー体制も充実

入社1~3週間程度は社内で業界の情報をしっかりレクチャー。

その後は同行訪問を経て、徐々に担当をお任せしていきます。

ご経験や実績に応じて、ゆくゆくは誰もが知る大手企業の担当を任されるチャンスも

業界未経験の方も、しっかりとしたバックアップ体制を取っておりますのでご安心下さい。

※ご経験に応じて入社時から係長採用(役職手当有)

プライベートも充実残業月平均10時間程度、年間休日120日以上

残業は月10時間程度、取引先の就業時間が早めのため、残業が発生しにくい労働環境です。

資格

  • 以下いずれも必須

・営業経験5年以上(法人・個人どちらのご経験も歓迎)

・普通自動車免許 第一種

※燃料油の製品や業界に関する知識は一切必要ありません

月給 30万500円~37万5500円

(一律手当を含む)

年齢・経験・能力を考慮し優遇いたします。

同業種転職者は前職給与を考慮の上決定します。

昇給年1回(4月※勤務実績等に応じて実施)

賞与年2回(7月、12月)※賞与実績:3ヵ月/年

*賞与、昇給は業績と人事考課により決定します。

交通費:交通費支給

月あたり上限15万円まで支給いたします。

その他扶養:1名につき2,000円/月

※なお、16歳に達する年の始めから22歳に到達する年の末までにある子を扶養する場合には、当該年齢の子1名につき5,000円加算
