職務目的(Job Purpose)

• 引受権限および上司の管理・監督のもと、コーポレートセグメントのアンダーライターとして、企業賠償保険にかかる推進、トレーニングおよび引受を行い、担当地区における各種戦略・取組みを遂行し、収益性を伴った成長を実現する。
• 担当範囲には、担当営業店・チャネルにおける引受、営業推進、トレーニング、予算やKPIのモニタリング・リポート、コンプライアンス施策の実行、その他商品開発や効率化取組み等本社プロジェクトへの参画が含まれる。
• 各商品部門や営業部門、損害サービス部門とも連携し、セグメントを横断した企業賠償保険のビジネス構築に貢献する。

職責(Job Responsibilities)

• 営業店より提出された新規および継続契約の見積依頼について、リスク選択、引受条件、リミット管理を含むレビューを行い、継続的な収益性およびボラティリティの回避を確保する。必要に応じて上長の承認を取得する。マルチナショナルアカウントについて海外関係者との調整も必要に応じて行う。必要に応じて可能な代替案の提案を行う。
• 営業推進、トレーニングに関する戦略を立て、担当営業店・チャネルにおける実行を担う。各種資料の作成、営業店に対するトレーニングの実施、各種照会に対する適切なアドバイスの提供を行う。 営業社員と協業し、ブローカー、代理店、顧客を訪問し、リスクに対する顧客の課題解決を実践する。
• 一部商品においては、オペレーション部門に対する指示を含む引受案件に掛かる計上や証券作成にかかる業務を行う。
• 必要に応じて適切なUW承認を得るとともに、その他問題があれば上位管理者へ報告し、適切な解決が行われるよう徹底する。

最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

• ビジネスレベルの英語が望ましい
• マーケット、ディストリビューション、契約募集、ポートフォリオ管理等に関する知識
• コミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーション能力
• 自発性および他者とチームとして協力できる能力
• タイムマネジメント、マルチタスク能力

業務経験

• 7-12年程度の保険引受業務または保険業界での業務経験

• 勤務地は本人の希望により①東京、②大阪、③名古屋、④福岡のいずれかで配属を検討する。
