財務のキープレイヤー
Head of Financeとして、FP&Aを中心に経営陣と連携しながら事業成長を支えるポジションになります。日常的な会計業務は会計マネージャーが担当するため、より戦略的で付加価値の高い業務に専念できます

チーム構成とレポートライン
本ポジションではAPAC財務責任者にレポートし、日本のマネージングディレクターをサポートします。会計・財務チームは4名、SAPシステムを使用しています。

Responsibilities

【業務内容詳細】

  • Lead and develop the

Japan Finance Team:
Manage a team of four covering accounting and FP&A, providing guidance and fostering professional growth

  • Finance Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the country leadership to support business planning, budgeting, and operational decisionmaking
  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and monthly management reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Compliance & Controls: Maintain compliance with relevant accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements while ensuring strong internal controls
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance financial processes and reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights
  • Crossfunctional Support: Contribute to business initiatives and operational decisions as a key member of the local management team
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) preferred
  • 7–10 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a large multinational company
  • Experience as a finance leader supporting commercial operations in Japan
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
  • Proven experience leading a finance or accounting team
  • Solid understanding of tax, financial controls, and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with local accounting and regulatory requirements in Japan
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Resultsoriented with a commitment to deadlines
Salary


Company will consider candidates up to 17M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
