Responsibilities
Report to Supply Chain Director
Oversee the daily activities of the supply chain
Handle all supply chain work, including inventory, buying, imports, supplier and material data, and working with 3PL.
Work closely with cross functional departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance to ensure smooth operations
Ensure the team is working effectively, training, and mentoring
Help manage risks in the supply chain, such as delays, shortages, or compliance issues.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience handling wider SCM operations, best if experienced in the medical industry
Background with KAIZEN, process improvement, or project management
Expertise with SAP or other ERP systems like Oracle
Strong analytical skills and experience using MS Excel
Effective communicator
Fluent Japanese communication skills
Business level English
Salary
Company will consider candidates up to 12M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
