Responsibilities
Optimize warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock management
Define safety stock levels and service targets in collaboration with demand planners
Partner with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand, avoiding shortages or excess
Maintain accuracy in purchase orders and product data to support reliable decision-making
Monitor stock performance against targets and implement rapid corrective actions when needed
Ensure compliance with global supply chain standards while driving improvements with suppliers
Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working
Requirements
3+ years of international experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally within global organizations
Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively, ensuring seamless project delivery
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams
Strong business acumen and analytical expertise, enabling data-driven decision-making
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
Solid knowledge of inventory management practices, supporting efficient supply chain operations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; skilled in Power BI for enhanced reporting and visualization
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools to streamline processes
Fluent in English and Japanese at a business level, bridging communication across global markets
Salary
Company will consider candidates up to 9M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
