本ポジションでは、経験豊富な少数精鋭チームをまとめていただきます(10年以上のベテランメンバーもいるので安心して働ける環境です)。今後チーム拡大の予定もあるため、自分のチームを作っていくやりがいもあります。
業務ではグローバルERPシステムを使用。

■レポートラインについて
レポート先はAPAC財務ディレクターおよび国内のマネージングディレクターになります。
財務のシニアメンバーとも頻繁にやり取りがあるので、直属の上司との関係を築く機会もたくさんあります

■日本での安定した実績
日本拠点は安定して売上目標を達成しており、地域戦略の中でも重要な役割を果たしています。裁量を持って自分のやり方で動ける環境なので、グローバルな判断にも影響を与えることができます

Responsibilities

【業務内容詳細】
Financial Leadership

  • Manage all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, tax, treasury, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial statements in line with regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and Board of Directors.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with the operations team to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support operational strategies that align with financial goals and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and manage financial impacts across supply chain, production, and inventory.
Business Strategy

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute longterm business strategies.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Assess and manage risks—financial, operational, and marketrelated—to protect company assets.
Executive Leadership

  • Advise the VP Finance APAC & Japan and Japan executive team on financial, business, and operational matters.
  • Lead and mentor the Japan finance team, promoting high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent finance in executive meetings and contribute to overall company leadership and direction.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in the medical device, capital equipment, or healthcare industry (especially Aesthetic or Vision fields).
  • Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting; solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience managing operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels.
  • Able to think strategically and turn financial data into practical business actions.
  • Demonstrates high integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
Salary


Company will consider candidates up to 18M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
