募集職種 

本ポジションは、顧客向けコミュニケーションのための多様なクリエイティブ制作を担当していただきます。バナーやキャンペーンのキービジュアルなど、幅広いデザイン業務を通じて、戦略的かつ細部にこだわったアウトプットが求められます。 

主な業務内容 

  • アプリ内や自社メディア向けのデジタルクリエイティブ制作 
  • A/Bテストを活用したターゲット最適化のためのデザイン実施 
  • オフラインキャンペーン用の印刷物デザイン 
  • Rocket Nowのマーケティング資産としての高品質なデザイン制作 
  • 他チームと共通目標を設定し、積極的にデザイン業務を推進 

    • 応募資格 

    基本資格 

  • デザイン関連分野での実務経験 
  • Adobe Creative SuiteおよびFigmaの高度なスキル 
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語および韓国語 
  • 短期間でクリエイティブを制作できる優れたグラフィックデザインスキル 
  • チームワークの価値を理解し、円滑なコミュニケーションができる能力 

    • 歓迎資格 

  • 動画・モーショングラフィックのデザインスキル 
  • Webパブリッシング(HTML、CSS)およびWordPressの知識 
  • モバイルプラットフォームやプロダクトへの理解・関心、または関連経験 
  • 顧客理解とO2O業界トレンドに関する知識 
  • 業務効率化のためのプロセス構築能力と主体的な実行力英語での業務経験
