東京ラスクは、サクッと軽い食感で人気のお菓子。

ギフトや東京土産として、たくさんのお客さまに選ばれているブランドです。

ギフトパレット店は、観光の方や出張の方、お仕事帰りの方など、いろんなお客さまが立ち寄るお店。

毎日たくさんの出会いがあります。

スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで、初めての人でもすぐ馴染める雰囲気です。

接客や販売が初めてでも、先輩たちがやさしく教えてくれるから安心してくださいね。

実際に未経験スタートのスタッフもたくさんいます。

接客がメインなので、お客さまとの会話を楽しんでくれる人にぴったり。

「どれがおすすめですか?」なんて聞かれた時は、自分の好きなラスクを紹介してあげたりして。

【仕事内容】

東京ラスク ギフトパレット店での接客・販売をお任せします

・店頭でのお客さま対応

・商品の説明やおすすめのご案内

・ギフト選びのサポート

・レジでのお会計、袋詰め

・商品棚の整理や補充

・試食の準備

・バックヤードでの在庫チェック

・簡単なPC入力(在庫管理など)

・季節ごとの売り場づくり(POPやディスプレイ)

特に難しい作業はなく、基本的なことから丁寧に教えていくので、未経験の方でも大丈夫です。

まずは「いらっしゃいませ」と元気に声をかけるところからスタートしましょう。

「お客さまに声かけするのがまだちょっと緊張する…」なんて時は、品出しやレジのお手伝いからスタートすることもできます。

慣れてきたら、少しずつ接客にもチャレンジしていきましょう。

困ったときは、近くのスタッフがすぐフォローしてくれるので安心です。

基本給:時給 1350円 〜
