私たちのチームは、当社の革新的なコマースソリューションを活用してビジネス成長を推進する既存クライアントに対し、戦略的なカスタマーサクセス・リレーションシップマネジメントを提供することを担っています。
現在、日本市場におけるエンタープライズ顧客を育成・拡大するために、経験豊富なカスタマーサクセスのプロフェッショナルを募集しています。クライアント重視かつデータドリブンであり、多様なポートフォリオと密接で成長志向のパートナシップを構築・維持することに熱意を持てる方を求めています。
業務内容
- 戦略的パートナーシップ: ブランドや小売業者など、様々な業種のエンタープライズアカウント(担当顧客)の戦略的ビジネスパートナーを務め、長期的かつ相互に有益なパートナーシップに焦点を当てた窓口としてリードする。
- LTVの最大化: 顧客生涯価値(LTV)の拡大に責任を持つ。これには、アップセル/クロスセル機会の特定、解約(チャーン)の削減、収益にインパクトを与えるためのチームとの連携が含まれる。
- サービス体験のサポート: オンボードや導入、利用状況とROI(投資対効果)の分析、戦略の推奨など、例外的なサービス体験を提供するためにチームをサポートし、販売後のカスタマージャーニー全体をオーナーシップを持って担当する。
- 契約更新・拡大: 更新およびアップセルの条件を予測、推進、交渉し、維持率と拡大率を向上させる。また、それに応じて営業およびRevOpsチームと連携する。
- 顧客の声: 顧客の代弁者として行動し、部門横断的にチームと連携して製品へのフィードバックを収集し、測定可能な製品採用目標を達成する。
- データ分析: 利用データや顧客行動を分析し、価値主導のタッチポイント、インサイト、パーソナライズされた提案を提供する。
- ビジネスレビュー: 定期的なビジネスレビューや戦略的チェックインを主導・実施し、ROIを実証して顧客関係を深化させる。
- オペレーション: パートナーの月末請求確認や、継続的なプロセスおよびドキュメントの改善など、顧客に関連する日々のすべての業務オペレーションをサポートする。
応募要件(歓迎スキル)
- 学歴: 学士号(必須)
- 経験: 5年以上のエンタープライズ・カスタマーサクセス・リレーションシップマネジメントの経験。B2B SaaSやEコマースの経験があれば尚可。また、美容およびアパレル業界への情熱または深い理解がある方は歓迎。
- KPI管理: 更新率、アップセル、NRR(売上維持率)、解約率などの収益関連KPIを管理する確かな能力。
- ビジネス・製品感覚: 優れたビジネス感覚および製品に関する見識があり、収益成長に貢献した実績があること。
- 適性: クリエイティブでありながら、高度な技術力、分析力、製品知識を兼ね備えていること。レポートを作成・構築・分析し、顧客のためにビジネスインテリジェンスの役割を果たすことができること。
- 実務能力: 細部への高い注意力があり、マルチタスクをこなし、期限を守り、ペースが速くチーム中心のスタートアップ環境で活躍できること。
- コミュニケーション: 技術的な聴衆と非技術的な聴衆の両方と話し、影響を与えることができる、優れたコミュニケーション能力、関係構築能力、およびコンサルティング営業スキル。
- 出張: 必要に応じて顧客訪問のための出張が可能であること。
- ツール: データツール、ExcelまたはGoogle Sheets、およびSalesforceやGainsightなどのCRM/カスタマーサクセスツールの使用経験があれば尚可。
- 語学力: 日本語および英語の読み書き、会話が流暢であること(必須)。
