Our client, a dynamic global technology company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an IT Manager with a focus on infrastructure.

This role offers the opportunity to lead IT departments and projects, providing strategic direction and fostering innovation across major automobile, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT department in developing and operating IT products
  • Design and implement IT and Digitalization policies
  • Complete budget planning and IT reporting
  • Advise business management on IT and Digitalization issues
  • Monitor IT project milestones and quality standards
  • Coordinate IT infrastructure rollout with minimal disruption
  • Build strong client relationships and exceed expectations
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation in IT systems

Qualifications:

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Profound IT Infrastructure knowledge and experience of Cross IT functions
  • Experience in multiple IT functions, especially IT infrastructure area
  • Leadership experience
  • A degree in computer engineering, computer science, or informatics
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in fostering a positive team culture and promoting inclusivity
  • Experience with SAP and IT Governance
  • Experience in strategic IT development and business digitalization
