役職について

日本電力における短期トレーダー(Japan Short-Term Power Trader)

東京を拠点とする日本電力取引チームの一員としての短期電力トレーダーのポジションです。

日本電力トレーダーとして、ファンダメンタルズ分析やITシステムエンジニアと密に連携して職務を遂行して頂きます。 当チームは、共同での取引アイデア創出に基づき、先進的な独自取引モデルを活用して、一日前市場取引および、電力カーブ取引を行います。 取引を行う取引所は、電力先物が上場している全ての取引所(EEX、TOCOM、ICE等)となります。

フルタイムの役職として、以下の責任を担います:

  • チーム向けに短期電力取引戦略(翌日~2年以上先まで)を実行し、ポジションリミット内でリスクを管理しながら損益の最大化を目指す。
  • リアルタイム市場データ、気象データ、発電所停止情報、その他ファンダメンタル要因を洞察し、取引アイデア策定し執行する。
  • ミドルオフィス、アナリティクス、気象科学、システム各チームと密に連携し、アイデアの実装と取引モデルの改良を行う。
  • ポジション管理、リスク監視、損益分析、シナリオ分析のためのツールとダッシュボードの構築、維持、改良を行う。
  • 取引インフラ、モデル、価格設定、リスク管理、ワークフロー自動化の改善を継続的に推進する。
  • 事前リスクチェック、ポジションリミット、与信管理、コンプライアンス要件を遵守し、金融取引と現物取引の双方を管理する。
  • 取引の根拠、アイデア、実績をチームと経営陣に報告し、事後分析を行う。
  • 知識を共有し、協力的で迅速な取引環境の構築に貢献する。

応募資格等

分析力と積極的な思考を備え、取引を迅速に実行ができる専門性を求めています。 短期電力取引のパフォーマンス向上を主導し、戦略的意思決定に貢献するとともに、チーム横断的な貢献を通じて価値を提供し、リスクを効果的に管理する重要な役割を担っていただきます。

必須要項

  • 数学、物理学、工学などの高度に定量的な分野における学歴(修士レベルまたは同等の実務経験)
  • エネルギー・商品取引、または金融分野における定量分析中心の職務での実務経験2~3年以上
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク精神
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語の能力が求められます。両言語とも、業務環境や社内コミュニケーションに必要です。
  • 取引戦略の策定・実行能力の実績。
  • 電力市場と電力価格変化要因に対する理解。
  • 優れた数値処理能力。
  • 市場で積極的に行動し、タイムリーかつ適切な意思決定を行う能力。

(以下の経験・スキルは必須ではありませんが、本職務において強く望ましい)

  • ガス・LNGデリバティブの取引経験。
  • 関連資格(例:エネルギー取引、金融リスク管理)
  • プログラミングスキル(PythonおよびVBAが理想的)
