仕事内容:
コンサルティング営業として下記業務を行っていただきます。
・法人営業:大手Sier、Webサービス企業等の顧客を対象に、ヒアリング、IT人材提案、クロージング、契約関連業務など。約15~20社の顧客を担当。今後、新規顧客開拓に注力していただけることを期待しています。
・エンジニア営業:フリーランスとして活躍する中級・上級ITエンジニアを対象に、キャリアカウンセリング、案件紹介、クロージングなど。既契約のエンジニア40~50名を継続的にフォローしていただきます。

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸¥3,600,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,019(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
昇給:年1回 ※能力、勤務成績などを考慮
手当:通勤手当(指定金額:50,000円)
