株式会社 Will Smartは、2024年に東証グロース市場へ上場し、モビリティ業界に特化したITソリューションを展開しています。今回募集するのは、自社商材の販売代理店を新規開拓し、そのサポートも行う企画法人営業職です。あなたの営業活動が会社の成長に直結し、成果をダイレクトに実感できるやりがいのあるポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

・自社サービスの販路拡大に向けた販売代理店の新規開拓

・既存代理店への営業支援やサポート業務

・顧客ニーズのヒアリングとフィードバックによるサービス改善提案

・モビリティ業界や公共交通、広告、AI・データサイエンスなど多様な分野の法人顧客とのリレーション構築

月給:363,000円~695,000円

(固定残業代20時間分、51,250円~115,375円含む。超過分は別途支給)

理論年収:450万円~1,000万円(賞与含む)

・昇給:年1回(4月、前期評価による)

・賞与:年2回(実績に応じて支給)
