Details of the Division and Team:
Deutsche Bank has strong Global Rates business franchise in Japan and DB is one of the leading foreign dealers in the Japanese Government Bond market.
You will be taking on trading responsibilities in the JGB trading desk.
You will have direct contact with sales, promote the franchise, run positions and identify opportunities in JGB and repo products.
You will also assist in developing junior traders of the trading desk.What we will offer you:

Your key responsibilities:
Pricing, trading and risk managing a JGB trading book
JGB Repo market/client engagement
Interacting with clients, sales, research and internal stakeholders to develop business and identify opportunities
Developing junior traders of the trading desk
To identify and remove manual process with technology in conjunction with IT partners and facilitate project work together
Your skills and experience:
Previous relevant experience in Financials trading
Knowledge of JGB and other fixed income products markets
Good front-to-back product knowledge across fixed income in general
Highly motivated & outgoing
Able to work in a team environment and across geographies
Able to communicate in Japanese with key external stakeholders including BOJ/MOF
