・既存顧客メイン/受託のみの反響営業

・飛び込み営業、テレアポなし

・外出ほぼなしの内勤業務

・打ち合わせは技術者が同席しサポート

当社は、電子回路を構成する半導体モジュールの小型化技術に特化した会社です。

大手電機メーカーや自動車部品メーカー、国の研究機関、大学などから依頼を受け、半導体モジュールの開発・試作・製造を行っています。

現在、多くの引き合いをいただいており、今後のさらなる依頼増加に向けて営業部門の体制強化を目的に、新たな仲間を募集しています。

  • 業務内容

・展示会や当社HPを見た顧客からの問い合わせ対応(メール、電話)

・顧客から依頼を受けた案件内容を整理し、社内へインプット

・社内外の打ち合わせへの参加、議事録作成

・見積書など各種書類の作成

・支給部材のチェック、管理

・納品物の梱包、出荷対応

・年4回の展示会に説明員として参加(東京・神奈川で実施)

顧客との打ち合わせはリモートまたは来社が中心のため、外出業務はほとんどありません。

  • 入社後の流れ

独り立ちまでの目安は約6か月です。

商品について説明ができるようになり、スムーズにお客さま対応ができることを目標に、個々の習熟度に合わせてOJTを進めていきます。

将来的には社内外の打ち合わせで主体となって進行をしていただきますが、必ず技術者が同席しサポートしますのでご安心ください。

フレックスタイム制

フルフレックス

標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

・標準労働時間:1日8時間(コアタイムなし)

・基本勤務時間:9:00~18:00

・残業時間:月平均10時間程度

※業務の都合により残業が発生した場合は、

フレックスタイム制度を利用し、月内で就業時間の調整が可能です。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 210000円 ~ 250000円

※試用期間は3ヶ月です。その間の雇用形態、条件に変更はありません。

休日休暇


完全週休2日制 基本、土日祝日休み(祝日は、会社カレンダーに準ずる。)

繁忙期には祝日振替出勤がありますが、別日に振替休日があります。
