月給30万円~+業績賞与+各種手当

現場は自宅近くを優先

直行直帰・車通勤可・残業無し◎

1人でマイペースに作業できます◎



退去後のオフィスを中心に、「壁・窓・床」などの共用部を清掃していただきます。

人のいない現場で落ち着いて作業できるので、集中して取り組める環境です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・窓ガラス、サッシ、ブラインドの洗浄

・壁や床(Pタイル・クッションフロアなど)の拭き上げ・除菌

・スイッチやドアノブなどの接触部の拭き取り

・作業後の報告(スマホで簡単入力)

1現場あたり2~3時間ほどで、1日1~2件を担当します。

チーム制で進めるため、未経験でも安心してスタートできます。


【1日の流れ】

8:30 自宅から現場に直行

↓

9:00 1件目のオフィス清掃開始

↓

12:00 お昼休憩(タイミング自由)

↓

13:00 2件目の現場へ(移動1時間以内)

↓

18:00 作業完了・報告入力 → 直帰

2022年7月、代表・堀が「世の中に本当に必要とされる仕事をしたい」という想いで創業。知人の不動産管理会社から「若手で安定的に高品質な清掃を任せられる会社が少ない」という相談を受け、手伝いからスタートしました。

以来、「どこよりも早く丁寧」を徹底し、大手管理会社からは月1,000件超の発注要望をいただくまでに成長(現在対応は月200件ほど。受注拡大のため10名増員予定)。
