配属組織について(概要・ミッション)
■組織のミッション
モノづくり統括本部は、国内外の各拠点や各部門が先行開発、受注活動、製造、サービス供給をする一連の過程において、またその過程で製品や設備に問題が生じた際に、リソースや専門知識を活用して、「Astemo」として安全・品質・供給・製造ノウハウを統一し、組織に対して横断的な機能(横串機能)を果たします。
この横断的な機能は製造過程の前後にも及び、必要に応じて「One Astemo」としての基盤を整備し、SQDC(Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)の管理や向上に努めます。
これにより、大きく変化する市場での事業成長を可能とする体制の構築に貢献します。
■組織風土について
モノづくりに関する本社機能であり、生産技術・製造との連携が欠かせない職場であり、幅広い領域の業務を行っています。生産技術や製造の領域の経験豊富なメンバーが多く、多様な経験を持つメンバーとのコミュニケーションにより新たな問題可決手法や自身の知識のブラッシュアップを図っています。
■組織構成
モノづくり統括本部は多くの人員を抱えており、要素技術や素形材の開発、生産設備や金型の内作、製造の効率向上支援、投資計画の管理など多岐の業務に亘っており、職場も本社だけでなく生産サイトで業務している人員が多数です。
これから製造のDXを推進するにあたり新たな部門を創設する計画であり、今回募集するのはその新規部門に携わって頂こうと考えています。
募集背景

世界に約130ある生産サイトに対してDXのあるべき姿を提示し、指導していくことで業務効率の向上を図ります。
搬送の自動化や現場のペーパレス化などを推進するためのツール導入の検討、導入支援を行います。2028年までにDXが進んでいない日本国内のサイトをDX化し、以降海外サイトにも導入拡大を図っていきます。
■上記のビジョンや目標に対して、組織的に解決したいこと、理想の組織状況
現場での経験が豊富な人財が多数いる一方で、ツール導入を含めたプロジェクト管理業務をできる人財がおらず、ここに議論は行われるものの、全体の力を集約しきれていないと感じており、一部は外部の人財も活用しているものの、製造会社である以上社内にノウハウを残すためにプロジェクト管理業務を社内に定着させたいと考えています。

製造現場改革のプロジェクト管理の経験がある人財は社内育成で短期には獲得できないため、経験者を募集することで目標を早期に達成させたいと考えて募集に至りました。

製造現場をペーパレス化するために使うツールの選定と導入スケジュールの立案・進捗フォロー
搬送や倉庫の自動化を行っていくための計画立案と進捗フォロー
■入社後すぐの業務
製造DXの全体計画立案に参画し、各サイトの現状を確認したうえで導入サイトの優先順位やツールの選定を行う
プロジェクトの企画立案と進捗管理
■入社2年以降
プロジェクト管理を行いながら、プロジェクト管理を行う人財の育成も行う
■携わる製品の名称や特徴
自動車部品(電子系・機械系)全般 Tier1として部品の加工・組立を行い自動車メーカーにてそのまま組付けられる部品
働き方・就業環境
■リモートワーク頻度
サイトが全国にあるため会議はリモートでの頻度が多いです。週1~2日程度は全体会議などで出社することになると思います。
業務状況次第では、サイトに出張することもあります。
■平均残業時間
多くて月30~35時間程度(年4~5か月)
通常時で月20~25時間程度の残業時間が想定されます。

■仕事の魅力
Astemoはガソリン車の部品からモ-タ、インバータといったEV車の部品、さらにブレーキ・ステアリング・サスペンションといった車が走る・曲がる・止まるという基本性能に関わる部分を網羅した製品群を持っています。また日本国内だけでなくグローバルに工場を持っています。その製造現場の効率向上は他社より優位にあるとは言い難い状況で、DXによる改善が効率という形で目に見える成果が得られます。

製品に関する知識はもちろん、生産設備やプロセスに関する知識を得たうえで、先進の事例を学んで社内に組み入れることで自動車部品でのプロジェクト管理の知見が広がります。

最初は日本国内を中心に業務しますが、業務の標準化を図るうえで海外とも連携していきます。
海外拠点での経験や先進事例の調査・取込みにより知見も広がります。
将来にはプロジェクト全体のリーダとしての役割を担う可能性もあります。
