【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

課題ヒアリング~戦略立案、分析設計などの支援を行います。

特に顧客課題とニーズに基づいたデータ活用やデータ分析プロジェクトの企画、解析・分析、分析結果報告まで一連の業務を想定しております。

現在アクセスログの分析・レポーティングや、BIツールを使った各種事業KPIの可視化・分析支援業務といったものがございます。

【職務詳細】

1、ビジネス領域

PMとしてチームマネジメントや若手データアナリスト/データサイエンティストの育成をお任せします。

・プロジェクトマネジメント

・トラブル対応と対策

・アカウントプラン実現に向けた社内体制構築およびチームビルディング

・SLAなどを含む契約内容の調整および交渉

2、エンジニア領域

実務担当としてデータ分析を用いて顧客の課題解決をお任せします。

・顧客の組織全体のデータ活用に関する課題の理解

・課題解決に資するデータ活用方針の理解

・要件定義、KPI設定

・プログラミングの実務経験(2年以上)

・クラウドを用いた基盤構築のPM経験またはPythonを用いた機械学習のPM経験

・事業会社での何かしらの分析経験

【給与】

年収:700万~1000万程度

月給制:月額500000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:入社2年目以降、業績賞与が支給されることがある

昇給:年2回
