【職務概要】
プロジェクトマネージャーとして、開発チームとビジネス部門を繋ぎ、プロダクト開発を多角的に推進していただきます。
【職務詳細】
■プロジェクトの計画、実行、コントロール
- 開発プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、予算、リソース管理(50人月以上の大規模プロジェクトを含む)
- プロジェクトリスクの特定、分析、および対策の立案と実行
- プロジェクト進捗状況の可視化と、ステークホルダーへの定期的な報告
■要件定義と仕様設計の主導
- プロダクトオーナー(PO)と協働し、開発するプロダクトの要件定義及び詳細な仕様設計を主導
- ユーザー視点とビジネス要件を満たす、技術的に妥当性のある設計への落とし込み
- 3年以上の実装経験を基に、仕様書の策定や要件定義を主導する
■ステークホルダー連携とコミュニケーション促進
- 事業部門、営業部門、開発チーム(日本・ベトナム拠点)間の部門横断的な調整
- チーム間のコミュニケーションを円滑化し、開発プロセスの摩擦を最小化
- PMPまたはScrumMasterの知識・資格を活用した、開発プロセスの改善提案と実行

年収:700万~1000万程度
月給制:月額530000円
