Responsibilities:
• Propose and sell our payment service SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized business owners, including restaurants, cafés, retail shops, salons, and other local businesses.
• Conduct both inbound and outbound sales activities targeting various retail and hospitality businesses.
• Manage the full sales and partnership lifecycle with an end-to-end approach, including:
Lead Generation → Negotiation → Contract Signing → Onboarding
.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and long-term retention of our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Operations to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Japan work visa (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Required)
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (Required)

Probation period: 3 months (no change in wages or conditions)
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(Core working hours are from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible start and end times.)

Salary Details:
Annual salary 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 JPY + Incentives
Wages will be determined based on experience and ability.
Salary includes fixed overtime pay.

インバウンドおよびアウトバウンドの営業活動
を行います。

営業およびパートナーシップの一連のプロセスをエンドツーエンドで管理
します。
• 製品の導入効果を最大化するため、顧客との良好な関係構築と長期的なリテンションを推進します。
• プロダクト、マーケティング、オペレーションなどの社内チームと連携し、営業成果および顧客体験の向上に貢献します。
スキル及び経験:
