さくらインターネットのAIプラットフォーム事業の事業開発責任者候補として、AI事業のさらなる加速と組織拡張に向けて、戦略策定から推進・組織づくりまでをお任せします。0→1の推進だけでなく、事業のスケーラビリティやチーム全体のパフォーマンス最大化までを見据え、現場の実行と経営視点の両輪を裁量を持って担える面白みを感じていただけるポジションです。近い将来、いわば、事業部長の右腕として、事業全体の舵を取るポジションであり、単なるプロジェクトリードを超えた経営的な視点と実行責任が求められます。
具体的には、以下の領域を主軸にまずはお得意なところから携わっていただき、事業を共にドライブしていただきます。
【業務内容】
■AI事業の戦略作成、及び事業推進・組織運営マネジメント補佐
■テクノロジー領域を含む横断的な企画推進(例:生成AI活用施策など)
■マーケティング戦略の設計~実行
■既存メンバーのマネジメント、育成、組織運営の仕組み化
■事業部長や経営層との密な連携による全体最適の実現
