仕事内容:
代表やメンバーと協力しながら自社独自のコンサルティングメニューの提案活動に従事いただきます。具体的な業務としては以下を予定していますが、応募者のスキル・経験に応じて適切な業務に従事していただきます。
セミナー/ウェビナーの企画・集客・運営
・セミナー提案ターゲットの選定・提案営業活動
・提案資料の作成・セミナー実施
・セミナー当日の司会進行
・セミナー実施後の顧客フォローアップ
医療機関(クリニック・病院)向け支援パッケージの営業戦略の立案から実行支援
・セミナー等のリード獲得後の顧客フォローアップ
・営業先ターゲット選定と営業プラン策定(診療科・商圏・競合状況などの仮説設定)
・架電・メール・DM・オンライン面談・現地訪問によるアプローチ、ニーズヒアリング
・提案資料作成~提案・クロージング

・製薬会社でのMR・マーケティング・アカウント担当経験【優遇】
・生命保険・損害保険等でのコンサルティブセールス/代理店開拓・顧客教育経験【優遇】
・セミナー/ウェビナーの企画運営、登壇経験
・仮説構築→検証→改善のPDCAを数字で回せる方、経営層への提案経験
勤務時間・曜日:
・9:00~18:00(途中1時間の休憩は適宜自由に取得可)
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土日祝)
勤務地:
- 出張あり(首都圏中心/全国の医療機関・学会・展示会・セミナー登壇 等)
- 土日開催セミナーに伴う変形労働・振替休あり(就業規則に準拠)
- リモート・オフィス併用(業務特性・イベント日程に応じて柔軟に調整)
