JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary/職務概要:
Service Business Group(SBG)のコールセンターの専任として、EP部門が取り扱う医療機器システム(WM Claris、EnSite、ViewMate、MedinBoxなど)に関する技術サポートを、医療機関の顧客およびアボット社内の関係者に提供します。
現場でのサポート対応が必要な場合には、フィールドサービス担当者と連携し、部品の手配などを迅速かつ効率的に行います。人的リソースを最適に活用し、予算、社内方針、業務手順、品質基準に則って、コスト効率の高いサービス運営を実現します。
製品に関する苦情対応においては、品質システムの観点からテクニカルサービスの代表として対応し、業務プロセスの有効性を継続的に評価・改善します。
また、常に専門分野の最新情報を把握し、医師や医療従事者、患者、営業・技術スタッフからの問い合わせに対して、SBGとして臨床的・技術的な支援を提供します。
