This position is for aMainframe Technical Leader, responsible for maintenance and operations, technical proposals, delivery support, and team development.
The role primarily involves projects in the financial industry, offering a stable environment where you can deepen your expertise while leading a team.
It's a high-responsibility position that allows you to leverage not only your technical skills but also leadership and client-facing capabilities.
Work is primarily conducted in Japanese, soJapanese language proficiency is required. While you may refer to English technical documentation, English communication is not frequently required in day-to-day operations.■ Work Style.■ Key Highlights■ Responsibilities
Maintenance and operations of mainframe environments (z/OS)
Technical proposals and delivery support for clients
Training and mentoring of team members (approx. 5 people)
Technical leadership and progress management of projects

Who You Are
■ Required (MUST)
Over 3 years of experience working with mainframe systems
Knowledge of z/OS
.■ Preferred (WANT)
Experience in mainframe software/hardware version upgrades (approx. 1-2 years)
Experience in maintenance and operations (approx. 1-2 years)
Team leadership experience (leading a team of around 5 members for 1-2 years)
Experience in projects within the financial industry (approx. 1-2 years)
