『部屋に、眺めを。』をコンセプトに、AND PLANTS という花・観葉植物のオンラインストアを運営しています。

花・植物を置いて部屋をよくしたいけど、どれを買ったらいいかわからないと言うユーザーに向けて、ぴったりの花・植物が見つかるパーソナル診断機能があり、ネットでも気軽に好みの花・植物が購入できる仕組みをつくっています。

)のフォロワー数は17万以上に上るなど、EC市場での存在感を高めています。

・顧客ニーズの分析

・季節や特別な機会に合わせた商品企画

・新商品の開発と既存商品の改良

・他部門との連携

状況に応じて、制作チームに入って業務をしていただく場合があります。

アピールポイント:

・アンドプランツのブランド戦略の一角を担うことができます。

・オンラインストアで接客が無いため、商品企画に集中できる環境で更なるスキルアップを目指すことができます。より素敵なお花を作れるようになりたいという想いを持たれている方が活躍できます。

・Instagramフォロワー17万人を超える、急成長中ECサイトの運営に関わることができます。

・ECならではの商品企画を学ぶことができるので、今後のキャリアの幅が広がります。

※服装髪型髪色ピアス等自由です。

求める人材:

  • 花屋・生花店(店舗小売、ブライダル等)でフローリスト歴3年以上
  • 基本的なPC操作に抵抗がない方
  • 社員としてフルタイム勤務ができる方
  • 商品企画に関する資料作成
  • 外部企業とのやりとり
  • 商品企画に紐づいたマーケティング施策の提案

勤務時間・曜日:

・9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間)

・お休みの曜日については相談の上決定

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日

・年末年始休暇

・入社後半年後に有給休暇付与

・慶弔休暇など

アクセス:

川崎駅からバス15〜20分

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥6,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥86,723〜¥130,058(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
