【企業の採用活動に欠かせない、求人広告・Web媒体を提案】採用戦略の立案・マーケティングにも携わるマーケティングコンサルタントを募集

当社で取り扱いのある求人広告・Web媒体など、多彩なサービスをご提案しお客様の採用課題を解決するのが、あなたの役割です。

ヒアリング・ご提案・掲載フォロー・効果検証・改善に一貫して携わることができるため、採用にまつわる最先端の広告・マーケティング知識を習得可能です。

【仕事内容】

・採用課題のヒアリング(訪問・Web)

・採用成功へ導くサービスのご提案

・広告制作依頼、ディレクション

・効果検証、改善方針作成

・顧客との定例ミーティング、アフターフォロー

HPや反響サイトから問い合わせがあったお客様対応が中心。

社内のカスタマーサクセスチームと連携をとり、チーム体制でお客様の支援を行っていきます。

お客様の課題にあわせた、オーダーメイドのプランニングや採用戦略を考えることはもちろん、制作担当と一緒に広告の効果検証を行い、PV数・応募数アップのための改善案や運用案を考える機会も。

幅広い経験を積むことができ、自分のアイデアをカタチにできる面白さがあります

〈入社後は〉

約1~2週間の座学・動画研修や、その後の電話研修・先輩の商談同席などを通じて実務を学んでいきます。

ロールプレイングなど練習を重ねスキルを磨き、自信を持って業務を取り組めるようにサポートします。

チームで目標達成に向けて動いていきましょう

日々モチベーション高く仕事に臨むことができます。

《研修例》

導入・座学研修:ビジネスマナーや仕事の基礎から学んだり、求人広告や求人原稿について一から学んでいきます。

OJT研修:Web商談や訪問営業への同席を行い、実践的な研修を行います。社長や社員の営業力をより身近に見ることができます。

その他にも商品に関する勉強会を定期的に実施。

働きながら更に知識を深めることができ、営業活動に活かせます。

3ヶ月に1度の評価制度や1on1で成長を実感。

研修や実践を通じて実行した事がしっかり評価され、1on1で振り返ることで一緒に歩んでいけます。

【チーム組織構成】

現在部署は17名のメンバーが活躍中。それぞれ2~3名体制のチームで、目標達成に向けて動いています。

チーム問わず社内のコミュニケーションは活発。

代表や他部署とも直接気軽に話すことができますので、多方面から知識を吸収でき成長スピードも早いのが魅力です。

10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

※時差出勤を導入しており、9:00~18:00勤務もお選びいただけます。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万3800円 〜 60万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

※これまでのご経験や能力、前職の給与や年齢等を考慮した上で決定いたします。

固定残業代:4万8240円以上/30時間

※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給する
