新店舗オープンに伴い、

**立ち上げメンバー(オープニングスタッフ)**を募集致します

オープン日は2026年3月末

事前研修・準備期間から参加いただけるため、

未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます

2026年3月末日オープンに伴う体制強化のための募集です

接客だけでなく、

売場づくり・POP作成・お店の雰囲気づくりにも

オープニングメンバーとして関わっていただきます

【仕事内容】

レジ対応、商品品出し、売場づくり(POP作成)、

入荷処理、清掃、日報入力(スマホ可)など。

オープン前は

・研修

・売場準備

・商品陳列

などからスタート予定です。

【具体的には】

・レジ打ち、会計対応(マニュアル完備)

・入荷商品の品出し・陳列・在庫管理

・商品紹介コメント/POP作成

・売場清掃・備品整理(ローテーション制)

・日報入力(PC・スマホで簡単操作)

【1日の流れ(例)】

09:15 出勤・朝礼

09:30 売場準備・商品陳列・レジ対応

12:00 休憩

13:00 入荷対応・売場作業・日報入力

17:30 片付け・引継ぎ 退勤

※オープン前後で業務内容は一部変動します

時給1,070円 × 8h × 週4日

・レジ/接客経験のある方(もちろん未経験も歓迎)

勤務時間詳細


① 9:30〜18:30(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

② 18:00〜翌2:15(実働7時間15分/休憩1時間)

※深夜帯:深夜手当あり

※週3日以上入れる方優遇

※シフトは相談可

完全週休2日、シフト制(※年間休日はシフトに準拠)

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1070円 〜 1338円

・時給アップは評価に基づき年2回実施
