当社の成長戦略を支えるために、外部に製造の一部を委託する機会が増えてきております。また、製造委託の機会は、今後も継続していくと予測されており、今回人員の補充を行い、ビジネスチームの要望に迅速に対応するとともに、製造委託管理課の組織強化を図りたいと考えています。

Responsibilities Include:

仕事内容

• 調達計画の策定・・需要予測に基づき、内部ならびに外部関係者と相談しながら、調達計画の立案を行う。調達計画に基づき、必要となる原材料の手配ならびに製造委託の発注を行い、納品までのサポートを行う。
• 在庫管理・・原材料ならびに製造委託品の日々の在庫管理と定期的な棚卸の実施。
• KPIに基づく改善活動・・OTIF (On Time In Full)、納期、加工費等の改善活動の実施。
• 製造委託戦略の遂行・・将来的には、成長戦略をサポートする外部委託プロジェクトをリード。

Qualifications:

応募資格

必須 (MUST)

• 理系学部の学士号またはそれ以上の学位(化学もしくは化学工学での単位取得が望ましい)
• Excel、Word、Power Pointの基本的なスキル
• 横断的な仕事をすることに興味が持てる

• サプライチェーンでの職務経験
• SAPでの実務経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション
