Multi Brand Stores (MBS) Retail Manager
, reporting to MBS Sales Manager and located in Tokyo.
職責
Main Responsibilities
- マルチブランドストアを担当するセールスマネージャーによる営業戦略に基づき、販売目標の達成、マーケットシェアの拡大、各店舗毎の生産性の向上を図る
- 店内プレゼンテーション、サービスレベル向上のためコーチングとOJTを実施し、MBS店舗スタッフ、リテーラー本部担当と連携をとり良好な関係を構築する
Role & Responsibilities
- コーナの年間、月間予算、及び推奨商品の予算達成
- 毎月の活動の7割はコーナーに入店をを目標とする
- ターゲット達成のための戦略プランをセールスマネージャーに提案
- 店舗別戦略プランをMBS店舗スタッフと共通認識を持ち、売上拡大のバックアップを行う
- 限定品などの各店の在庫状況を把握し、消化率を上げ、返品金額縮小を図る
- 売り上げデータ、カテゴリー別データの管理、及び分析
- コンペティター(競合)の調査、及び分析
- コーナーの適性な運営管理、VMD実施・美化に努める
- 正しく指示通りのディスプレイか確認する
- 必要に応じてMBS VMD担当と連携して早期改修を図る
- 戦略店舗におけるプロモーションを計画、実施する
- イベント実施の際は予算達成に向けての戦略構築・事前準備を実施する(必要に応じて本部担当と連携する)
- 店舗問い合わせ対応
- 店舗(リテーラー本部担当)からの製品についてやお客様からの問い合わせがあった場合に、適正な部署に確認して回答を用意する
- MBS トレーナーとOJTスケジュールを計画し、販売スキルと技術の向上を図る
- MBS 専任トレーナーとコミュニケーションをとり、戦略店を中心にOJTの計画を立てる
- OJT実施後、店舗実績の変化について進捗を計測する
- コーナー運営の問題点や問題あるスタッフは店舗側・本部担当と協力し対処計画をたてる
- レポーティング
- 売上関連、商品に関するお客様のフィードバック、地域市場のトレンドを適宜報告する
- リスクマネジメント
- 盗難等の犯罪、その他クレーム等のトラブルの処理、対処
- その他の業務遂行
- 上長からの指示により、新店・改装・閉店に必要な準備を行う(社内・リテーラー本部担当)
略歴
【必須】
・化粧品業界での接客やトレーナーとしてのご経験があり、営業としてのキャリアに転じていく志向をお持ちであること
・ご自身でも入店して接客、店舗スタッフの販売サポートすることが可能であること
・土日の出勤や出張への対応が可能であること
・PCスキル Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
【歓迎】
・小売業界の営業としてのご経験があり、店舗運営マネジメントや取引先本部との交渉のご経験をお持ちであること
・英語に抵抗がなく、習得していく意欲をお持ちであること
