オーチスで働きませんか?オーチスには、コラボレーション・イノベーション・エンパワーメントを重視し、「人」と「会社」の成長に向けて取り組む環境があります。 当社は現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーター(当社製)の改修営業職を募集しています。エレベーターを作って売るだけではなく、エレベーターを設置した後のメンテナンスサービスも当社の大切な仕事です。その歴史と長年培った技術を売りにお客様にエレベーター・エスカレーターを安全安心に利用して頂けるよう当社の改修工事について適切な価格で提案を行うのが、『改修営業』です。この職務は既存のポートフォリオの維持、新規ビジネスの獲得、そして必要に応じて改修工事や修理の営業を行い、3つの主要な責任分野を通じて、売上高の成長に貢献します。

主な対応例

• 既存顧客との良好な関係を維持し、エレベーターのポートフォリオを管理する。
• 顧客からの問い合わせをタイムリーに解決するための主要な窓口となる。
• ネットワーク、入札等を通じて、修理と改修工事の販路を開拓する。
• 営業目標を達成するために独自の営業戦略を策定し、収益性を確保する。
• 当社の営業ツールを使用し、機会、パイプラインを効果的に追跡し、営業成果を予測する。
• 営業交渉を行い、取引を成立させ、支払期日を厳守する。
• 他の営業担当者や現場の同僚を含むチームメンバーと協力する

選考基準

• 高卒以上
• コンサルティングを必要とする技術製品の営業に携わった経験のある方
• 優れた対人スキルを含め、強い顧客志向とサービス志向をお持ちの方
• 高いレベルのコミットメントと信頼性を特徴とし、結果を出そうとする意欲のある方
• 成果主義である一方、規模の大きな企業組織でペースを保ち働くことができる方。

時間:08時45分〜17時30分

時間外労働:あり(月平均25時間)

36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)

賃金:206,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)

*セールスマン手当、インセンティブ手当あり

昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(前年度実績)

賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.39ヶ月分(前年度実績)

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。

・有給休暇は入社時に付与します:前職の付与日数を考慮します

・2025年度全社平均有給取得日数:14日間
