【仕事内容】
■関東支店営業部(さいたま市)にて、建設工事の法人営業(企画立案・推進)を担当いただきます。技術部門と協力しながら、顧客のニーズを1つ1つ形づくる仕事です。
【具体的には】
◇北関東エリアの官庁・民間取引先への情報収集
◇案件についてお客様へヒアリング
(完成時期目途、着工予定時期とその工期、コスト感、予算、競争入札か特命かなど、情報を収集)
◇上記の情報を基に社内でその案件を取り組むのか、取り組めるのか等の検討
◇先方に回答・入札業務・受注・工事開始・適宜フォロー
※営業所は所長1名・事務員1名規模となります。

【必須】
■1級建築施工管理技士、1級土木施工管理技士どちらかの資格をお持ちの方
下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
■建設業界関連の営業経験
■建設設備業界の営業経験
■プラント関連や重電機器等、重厚長大な商材の営業経験

■地場ゼネコン、サブコンなどで現場上がりで営業をおこなっていた方
■現場責任者として元請、下請け問わず交渉をおこなっていた方

【給与】
【年収】800万円 ~1000万円 (45歳~54歳 例)
【月収】 50万円 ~ 65万円 (45歳~54歳 例)
※残業代:実費支給(管理職採用の場合は管理監督者扱いにより支給無し)
■昇給:年1回
■賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
