供給の安定化と在庫適正化を両立する

SCM体制を強化します。

倉庫運用・輸入実務・在庫管理は

協力パートナーとも連携しながら進めており、

当社側の運用オーナーとして、仕組み化・

改善を推進できる方を募集します。

  • 仕事内容

必要な時に必要な数量を、適正コスト・

適正品質で供給できるように、下記業務を

お任せします。

<具体的には…>

  • 生産・調達計画

(販売計画に基づく発注・納期・ロット設計)

  • 在庫・需給管理

(SKU別・拠点別、過多/欠品の予兆管理と対策)

  • 物流・倉庫運用

(入出庫・移動・棚卸、出荷計画、運用ルール整備)

  • 貿易・輸入管理

(書類確認、通関・フォワーダー調整、到着予定管理)

  • KPI設計

(在庫回転、欠品率、納期遵守、物流コストなど)と改善

  • トラブル時の初動

(遅延・破損・不良等の切り分けと関係者連携)

  • チーム運営

(業務設計、優先順位付け、進捗管理)

求めている人材


【必須要件】

  • 生産管理/需給調整/在庫管理/物流管理

上記いずれかの実務経験

  • 倉庫・物流会社との折衝経験
  • 輸入実務の基本理解(書類・通関の流れ)
  • スマートフォンアクセサリーまたは

近接領域でのSCM経験ある方は特に優遇

  • 多品種商材の在庫運用経験
  • WMS/在庫管理システムの運用経験
  • 英語または中国語での簡単なやり取り

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

9:30~18:00(休憩1時間)

給与計算上、固定残業代を

月40時間分で設定していますが、

実際の残業は少なめ。

職種にかかわらず、通常期は

定時退社することが多いです。

繁忙期となる5月~7月は

残業をお願いすることもありますが、

月合計10~20時間ほどを見込んでいます。

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万9000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
