■IT・デジタル推進本部とは

パナソニック コネクトはグループ内において、B2Bソリューション事業の中核を担っています。IT・デジタル推進本部ではIT・デジタルと人の力で、同社内のデジタル改革を牽引する組織です。戦略企画・SI・サービスデリバリー・AI & Dataなどの機能別組織で構成されております。各機能別組織が連携したプロジェクト並行推進を可能とした中で、全体最適視点でのデジタル改革を実現していきます。

新しい技術の活用にも前向きにトライしており、「AIアシスタントサービス:ConnectAIの展開」など、AI活用した社内のビジネスモデル変革や、社員一人ひとりの業務生産性と働きやすさの向上に取り組んでいます。

■サービスデリバリー部 とは

パナソニックコネクトのシステム運用保守に責任を持つ部門です。

システムの安定稼働を確保するだけでなく、最新のテクノロジーを活用して業務オペレーションの進化を推進することを使命としています。AIやデータ分析を駆使し、効率的で柔軟な運用体制を構築することで、企業全体の生産性向上に寄与します。

  • 募集背景

当社は、急速に進化するデジタル環境の中で、SaaSをはじめとするさまざまなシステムを運用しています。この成長に伴い、システム運用の重要性がますます高まっています。

近年、安定したシステム運用とパフォーマンスの最適化は、顧客満足度の向上や業務効率の改善に直結しており、不可欠な要素となっています。

現在のシステム運用体制を強化し、より迅速かつ効果的な対応ができる体制を整える必要があります。そこで、システム運用担当者を新たに募集し、運用チームの強化を図ることにしました。私たちと共に、次世代のシステム運用を支え、さらなる成長を実現していく仲間を求めています。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

主に当社事業部(大阪/甲府 拠点)向けシステムの運用保守をお任せ致します。

・アプリケーションシステムの運用・保守業務全般

・システムの監視、障害対応、トラブルシューティング

・システム改善提案および実施

・運用改善 等

※必要に応じて大阪(豊中)、甲府拠点への出張が随時発生致します(目安:月2回程度)

資格・スキル・経験など

【必須】

・業務アプリケーションシステム(生産・基幹等)における開発・運用保守経験

・ベンダーマネジメント経験

・チームでの業務遂行経験、コミュニケーション力

【歓迎要件】

・ITIL等の運用管理フレームワークに関する知識

・工場の生産プロセス、品質管理、在庫管理などの一般的な業務知識

【求める人物像】

・未経験もしくは新しい技術に対して積極的に学ぶ姿勢
