  • IT・デジタル推進本部 AI & Data プラットフォーム部

■IT・デジタル推進本部とは

パナソニック コネクトはグループ内において、B2Bソリューション事業の中核を担っています。IT・デジタル推進本部ではIT・デジタルと人の力で、同社内のデジタル改革を牽引する組織です。戦略企画・SI・サービスデリバリー・AI & Dataなどの機能別組織で構成されております。各機能別組織が連携したプロジェクト並行推進を可能とした中で、全体最適視点でのデジタル改革を実現していきます。

新しい技術の活用にも前向きにトライしており、「AIアシスタントサービス:ConnectAIの展開」など、AI活用した社内のビジネスモデル変革や、社員一人ひとりの業務生産性と働きやすさの向上に取り組んでいます。

■AI & Data プラットフォーム部とは

AIとデータを活用し、業務と働き方の変革を推進する部門です。生成AIとデータ基盤の連携により、業務に深く根差したAI活用を実現させます。また、データ基盤と各種データの提供を礎に、データ活用支援を通じて、現場に根付いたデータドリブンカルチャーの醸成を加速しています。

  • 募集背景

社内外でのデータ活用ニーズが急速に高まる中、AIとの連携を見据えたデータ基盤の高度化や、複数部門横断でのデータ活用プロジェクトの推進が求められています。これらを牽引できる専門性と推進力を持つ人材の採用を強化するため、本ポジションを新設しました。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

・複数部門のデータ活用ニーズを把握し、継続的なデータ整備・マネジメントを通じてビジネス成果を創出

・データマネジメント関連システムの運用・改善

・SQL/Pythonを用いたデータパイプライン構築と自動化

・社内関係者や外部ベンダーとの連携によるプロジェクト推進

※領域は生産、販売、マーケティング、経理など、当社バリューチェーン全体を幅広くカバー(プロジェクト規模感は大小様々)

将来的にはグローバル含める全社横断プロジェクトにも関わっていただく可能性有

■補足情報

・携わるフェーズ:技術調査、データとシステム要件定義、システム導入、サービス運用

・社内部門とのコミュニケーション頻度:週3回以上

・プログラミング:携わる

・利用システム:Snowflake、Fivetran、Tableau、PowerBI、AWS、オンプレサーバー、Github

・開発言語:SQL中心、Pythonも使用

資格・スキル・経験など

■必須

・経験

データ活用推進の実務経験(企業内IT組織やSIerでのプロジェクトマネジメント、データ収集・蓄積など)

・以下の知識を有する方:

  • データマネジメント関連システム(DWH、Data Pipeline、BIなど)の知見といずれかの使用経験
  • プロジェクト推進/マネジメントの基本知識(PMP、PMBOKなど)
