仕事概要


信和コミュニティのリーシングチームは、仲介店舗へ足を運び、物件の魅力を直接アピールしています。各仲介店舗の営業マンの物件認知度と紹介率などに関する情報を収集し、手薄になっている店舗の訪問を重点的に行い、内覧会後の後追い分析を実施して広告表現やアプローチ方法を熟考するなどさまざまな工夫に取り組み、入居者様の獲得を実現しています。 上記のようなリーシング営業を支えていただく事務の方を募集いたします。 具体的には・・・ ・管理受託している賃貸マンションの稼働率向上のため販促物の作成 ・パンフレットの作成手配 ・各種会議の議事録作成 ・入退去に伴う稼働率一覧表の更新 ・営業のサポートに関わる事務作業 ・電話対応、郵便対応等の庶務作業 など リーシング営業事務としてはもちろんですが、多岐にわたる業務を担当いただく予定です。

必須スキル


・事務経験2年以上 または 事務職をサポートする業務をされていた方

歓迎スキル


・不動産業界経験者(仲介業にかかわっていた方は親和性が高いです) ・宅地建物取引士、マンション管理士、管理業務主任者の資格保有者 ・Illustrator(イラストレーター)を使用できる方

応募概要


給与

年収350~500万円程度 ・賞与年2回(6月・12月)※昨年度実績 ・昇給年1回(1月) ・固定残業時間20時間/月(超過分は別途支給) ・平均残業時間20時間前後ですが、繁忙期は45時間近くなる事もございます。

・就業時間 9:30~18:30(休憩60分) ・シフト制(週休2日、原則店休日の水曜日と希望日) ・年末年始、慶弔休暇、創立記念日休暇(3/27) ・有給休暇、出産・育児休暇、誕生日休暇(本人・配偶者ともに)、アニバーサリー休暇(結婚記念日など)、ファミリー休暇 ・年間休日124日 ※シフト制となりますが、本社勤務と同じ土日祝の数、休日が取れます
