概要
カスタマーフルフィルメントセンター(物流倉庫。以下、CFC)において、効率的、効果的、安全で整理整頓されたストアルーム(予備部品や消耗品置き場)を管理する。部品や消耗品の在庫管理や発注・請求書の処理など、を担い、オペレーションチームが実施する必要なメンテナンス活動に対して、予備部品を提供する。
主な仕事相手
CFCではエンジニアリングオペレーション(Engineering Operations)というグループに所属し、以下のメンバーと日々一緒に仕事をします。

役割及び責任
- CMMS (computerised maintenance management system)を用いて、メンテナンス等に必要な部品・消耗品の在庫レベルを管理し、必要な発注を実施する。
- 適切な在庫量を維持できるように、必要なアクションをとる。
- オペレーションチームが正しい部品を用いることができるようにサポートする。
- 発注業務に必要なタスクを実施する。
- 配送されてきた部品の検査、受け取り、保管、ピッキングを実施する。
- 必要に応じて、供給業者や通関業者(税関含む)とコミュニケーションをとり、適切な関係性を築く。
- 常に、ビジネスに最大の価値をもたらす他の供給業者などを探す。
- ストアに関するKPI(評価基準)をレポート、管理し、必要に応じて、分析・対策を実施する。
- オペレーションチームが必要なデータや、その他管理業務をサポートする。
必要な知識、技術及び経験
以下があれば好ましいが入社前に必須ではない。(入社後、研修制度あり)
- ストアルームにおける実務経験
- 社内外の関連部署・会社・行政機関とのコミュニケーション
- GoogleまたはOfficeのソフトウェアの使用
- データ分析の経験
- 現場での問題を分析、解決する知識や経験
- 様々な人と仕事をする上でコミュニケーションやチームワーク
- 日本語と英語によるコミュニケーション
- 簿記3級程度の経理に関する知識、又は、お金の管理などの経験

勤務形態
基本、月~金(国民の祝日除く)の日勤(実働1日8時間)とする。ただし、オペレーションは週7日24時間稼働しているので、柔軟な対応を求められる場合がある。
