About the Role
HD Renewable Energy is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will bring their analytical expertise to help us optimize energy usage, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to sustainable energy solutions. You will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets related to energy consumption, generation, and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide meaningful insights for ongoing projects.
- Utilize cloud technologies to store and manage data efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies related to data management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully handling data analysis projects from start to finish.
