Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to company performance and business goals.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data is readily available for analysis.
- Create detailed reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize SQL for querying databases and extracting data efficiently.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data sets.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists on onboarding new data sources and enhancing data quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
Desired Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data engineering principles and practices.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications is desired but not required.
